A Sincere Thank You to all who took the trip to Bar Harbor in April.
Those who attended saw a fabulous design show with our panel of Barbara Frye
mmfd, Leslie Otto mmfd, and Eric Anthony mmfd. All three designers
provided lots of ideas for Mother's Day, Wedding, and Prom. The venue,
Atlantic Oakes by the Sea Resort was a wonderful host with plenty of room for
our design area and trade fair. The food was delicious!!
Not enough can be said about our wonderful commentator sponsored by
Teleflora, Wilton Hardy AIFD, AAF, PFCI, FSMD. Wilton's charm, wit, and
perfect understanding of floral design and shop business, made for great
commentary with expert experience.
Congratulations to Amy Murphy mmfd from Cook Florist in Presque Isle for
winning Designer of the Year!
Thank you to Gail Royal and staff at Westside Florist in Southwest Harbor for
receiving and storing all our show needs. Thanks also go out to Amy
